TeensWork Alachua Fall Leadership program participants honored at May board meeting

At the May 13 regular board meeting of the Children's Trust of Alachua County, participants of the TeensWork Fall Leadership program were recognized. Some students spoke to the board about their experience in the program. Twenty-four students earned the Florida Ready-to-Work certification as part of the takeaways from the program.

State Rep. Yvonne Hayes Hinson offered words of encouragement to the students and presented them with certificates recognizing their accomplishment.
