Santa Fe College, Northwest Campus (9-12) - Summer

SF College for Kids Counselor-in-Training (CIT) is a leadership program that provides engaging opportunities for teens ages 15-18. The mission of the CIT program is to help develop the leadership skills of the youth in our community. The program’s purpose is to increase the awareness of personal responsibility and character development. Participants will be asked to assist with many hands-on activities and assigned to work with the College for Kids instructors. Primary responsibilities will include aid with daily group activities and general operations in the classroom. The CIT’s are enrolled inthe CIT leadership program and report to the CIT Coordinator. As part of their leadership training, they will learn about career options, scholarship opportunities and earn service hours. Applicants are required to submit an application, teacher recommendations and interview with CFK team members.
