2021-05 System Mapping
The Children’s Trust of Alachua County released a Request for Proposal (RFP) on June 15, 2021 for System Mapping in Alachua County, contingent upon Board approval. The successful applicant will work collaboratively to create a system map of the Prenatal to 5 system in order to implement ongoing service touchpoint identification to add new services and introduce new key contacts with the objective of maintaining a complete and updated catalog of services for families. The project will also assess where are some of the gaps, and barriers, and opportunities for improving.
The RFP was amended on July 23, 2021.
