Goal 1 will receive 50% of CTAC funding with focus areas to include: 

*Maternal Child Health Programs (home visiting program, doula services, etc.) 

*Access to Comprehensive Care 

*Care Coordination & Navigation Services 

*Family Resource Centers 

*System of Care Building with Partners & Families 

CTAC will focus & approach these areas through: System Building/Refining & Services/Programs
